Fastest possible delivery is part of our service.

For goods on stock: for stock orders received by 11 AM, we guarantee the delivery until noon next day!

Delivery time for most non-stocked products is approximately 1-3 week (s) from receipt of order, depending on the nature of the product and manufacturer.

We deliver from Langenzersdorf (unless otherwise agreed) with freight flat rate of 20 EUR for all orders under net value of 400 EUR. For higher values, the domestic shippings are free of charge. For dry ice shipments we charge a flat rate of 25 EUR.

All prices include the value-added tax (VAT).

The payment we request net within 30 days.

Although we give great importance to the quality in the selection of our products, it can happen that something does not work. In that case, we guarantee an immediate free replacement. We want to make sure that you can work as uninterrupted as possible in the lab. We will occasionally ask you to give us the information regarding the problem as we are obliged to document any complaints.
